These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in the Moves 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training (Online and Hybrid in Miami), including its optional closing retreat in Colombia (together, the "Program"), offered by Annie Moves & Shayne Cohen ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed once your deposit or full payment is received. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Full payment must be completed before the Program begins on September 7, 2026. Payment plans are available upon request. Our Refund Policy (see hello@anniemovesyoga.com or the Refund Policy page) governs cancellations and refunds and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Program Format
The Program is offered in two modalities: Online ($2,300 USD) and Hybrid in Miami ($3,750 USD), each including live sessions, recorded replays, guest teacher sessions, and community support. The Hybrid modality includes in-person sessions in Miami as part of the same program. Both modalities include the option to add the closing retreat in Colombia (15–19 November 2026) for an additional fee.
3. Certification
The Program is a Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour training. Enrollment alone does not guarantee certification. To receive your certificate and become eligible to register as an RYT 200, you must complete all required training hours, assessments, and standards set by us throughout the Program.
4. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
Yoga and movement-based training involve physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and that you have consulted a physician if you have any condition that could be affected by physical activity. You participate in all classes, workshops, and the closing retreat at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
5. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify the schedule, substitute guest teachers, or adjust program content as needed. If we cancel or significantly change the Program, we will notify you and discuss appropriate options.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants to engage respectfully with teachers, guest teachers, and fellow trainees. We reserve the right to remove a participant from the Program, without refund, in cases of harassment, abuse, or conduct that disrupts the training environment or endangers others.
7. Closing Retreat in Colombia
The optional closing retreat takes place at Gitana del Mar, Colombia, and is subject to additional terms related to travel, accommodation, and local logistics. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Santa Marta (SMR) unless otherwise stated. Room upgrades are available at an additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All training materials, recordings (available for 1 year post the completion of the program), and curriculum content are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share this content without our written permission.
9. Photography & Media
We may take photos or videos during live sessions, in-person intensives, or the retreat for use in our marketing and promotional materials. If you do not want to be included, please let us know in writing at hello@anniemovesyoga.com before the Program begins.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
